Chef's Advice
Use it as a finishing touch, raw, on noodles, curries, and Thai salads, but also on rice, stir-fried vegetables, and chicken. It is surprising on sashimi and raw fish: try it with a few drops of lime juice. Also excellent for a quick dressing with soy sauce and lemon.
