Atlantic Seabass 3,2kg
When we talk about farmed fish , we often make the mistake of considering them a quality product; inferior to wild fish, without taking into account, on the one hand, the great progress made by aquaculture and, by & rsquo; another, the sad situation of our seas due to pollution.
The high-end farms, as surely & egrave; Aquanaria, have made great strides forward for a product with the same quality; of the fish caught , to which for & ograve; adds a certification of safety and respect for the environment. In nature, fish are s & igrave; free to eat what they find, including for & ograve; pollutants such as plastics and hydrocarbons. Aquanaria, on the other hand, guarantees to be able to taste fish raised with total traceability; and quality.
Aquanaria & egrave; in fact, a full-cycle company: from eggs, to their development in fry, until they become sea bass ready to face the strong Atlantic currents. Few companies are able to ensure supervision of this type, Aquanaria & egrave; one of these. The eggs of the Aquanaria fry hatch in breeding tanks in Gran Canaria, where they remain only as long as they are large and strong enough to be carried out to sea. First for & ograve; of this trip, they are vaccinated one by one by the hands of veterinarians. This, coupled with the fact that they will grow in an ecosystem free of terrestrial pollutants, allows Aquanaria not to give them any antibiotics.
But the benefits of growing in the Atlantic don't end there. Unlike the Mediterranean where the wave motion is; scarce and there are large temperature ranges, the coasts of the Canary Islands offer the best breeding conditions, with strong currents and an ideal and constant temperature all year round. The huge deep nets, inside which the fish can move freely, favor the achievement of an ideal musculature and an optimal level of fat: if the sea bass swims all day, its meat is; much more; soda.
Aquanaria sea basses are fed only with feed composed of three types of blue fish , without any residues of terrestrial animals (only vegetables) and without the addition of keratin. Basically, they eat as they would eat in nature. The food is administered by gravity, when it reaches the end of the net it is lost in the sea. The fish have no way of digging on the seabed, as is the case in tank farms, where there is a risk that the meat will take that bad muddy aftertaste. Attention to detail and natural nutrition: the secret to quality & agrave; without compromise.
Aquanaria, a Spanish company founded in 1973, is; recognized all over the world for the excellence of its product.
Raised for at least 33 months in the icy waters of the Atlantic, the sea bass Aquanaria is; a fish of the highest quality; recognizable thanks to two main characteristics: the flavor, intense and unique, and the texture, compact and soft. Both are achieved through protein-rich nutrition and the natural habitat in which they are raised.

Alternatively, you can & ograve; fillet and portion into fillets, which must be prepared in a very hot pan: starting from the skin side, in order to create a crunchy crust (a real delight), a few minutes per side & ndash; obviously based on the thickness, the advice & egrave; 3/4 cm - and will be; ready for serving.
