When we talk about farmed fish , we often make the mistake of considering them a quality product; inferior to wild fish, without taking into account, on the one hand, the great progress made by aquaculture and, by & rsquo; another, the sad situation of our seas due to pollution.

But the benefits of growing in the Atlantic don't end there. Unlike the Mediterranean where the wave motion is; scarce and there are large temperature ranges, the coasts of the Canary Islands offer the best breeding conditions, with strong currents and an ideal and constant temperature all year round. The huge deep nets, inside which the fish can move freely, favor the achievement of an ideal musculature and an optimal level of fat: if the sea bass swims all day, its meat is; much more; soda.
Aquanaria sea basses are fed only with feed composed of three types of blue fish , without any residues of terrestrial animals (only vegetables) and without the addition of keratin. Basically, they eat as they would eat in nature. The food is administered by gravity, when it reaches the end of the net it is lost in the sea. The fish have no way of digging on the seabed, as is the case in tank farms, where there is a risk that the meat will take that bad muddy aftertaste. Sea bass or sea bass & egrave; a fish of the Mediterranean tradition, typically to be baked. Being already scaled and eviscerated, you can & ograve; simply place in a pan with seasonal vegetables or in the classic salt recipe.
Alternatively, you can & ograve; fillet and portion into fillets, which must be prepared in a very hot pan: starting from the skin side, in order to create a crunchy crust (a real delight), a few minutes per side & ndash; obviously based on the thickness, the advice & egrave; 3/4 cm - and will be; ready for serving.
