Grated scoly® organic orange grated segments offer a perfect balance between natural bitter and citrus acidity because it contains both the albedal and flaved part of the rind. The SICOLY® organic orange peel are perfect to integrate into any your creation or to use as a decoration.
The company
The Sicoly cooperative was created in 1962 with the union of a group of producers in order to promote their fruits on the French national market. Today it produces and collects 10,000 high quality products on 570 hectares of orchards through fruit and environmentally friendly techniques, practicing sustainable and responsible agriculture.
