Italian Sulla Honey 250gr
The smell of sulla honey is very light and slightly floral, with vegetal notes of straw or dry grass. It has a delicate and not persistent sweetness, with light aromas of green legumes, hay and a hint of fresh walnut husk.
The presence of pollen from sulla is considered a marker of Italian geographical origin and more specifically Mediterranean.
The Sulla Honey is great for baked products with a neutral base. It gives its best between savory, acidic and bitter. By virtue of its spontaneous propensity for fermentation, it also gives its best as ready nourishment for the bakery yeasts, it makes bread softer, more durable, fragrant and burnished.
