Italian Sunflower Honey 250gr

Sunflower honey has delicate aromas of pollen, freshly cut hay, pineapple and passion fruit. The flavor is fruity and intense with clear acid notes and aromas of ripe apricots and an aftertaste of star anise.

Chef's Advice
Pour the honey directly on fried food, in soups and vegetable purées or in broth.
When cooking, try it emulsified with extra virgin olive oil, ground black pepper and a few grains of coarse salt to enrich the taste. Perfect for sweet or savory batters, cooking base, instead of butter or other seasonings, to cook a sunny side egg.
