Il Pescato’s Smoked Swordfish is expertly worked, with great care in all the various production processes: from fishing to smoking, the company offers high-end products thanks, in large part, to its continuous and complete quality control processes in all phases of production.
A beautiful swordfish fillet, fished by hook and longline, cleaned and smoked using beech wood. No waste whatsoever, the fish can be served directly as carpaccio, sliced by hand using a knife or better still using a slicer. An ideal product for starters or light seafood main dishes, to be accompanied, for example, by Alpin Herbs’ selection of Micro Herbs.
