Fuentes bluefin tuna is a favorite of the Japanese market, which is known to be very demanding and knowledgeable in the field. Fuentes is to date the world leader in red tuna production and exports about 85 percent of its production, thanks to farms located in Spain, Malta, Tunisia, Morocco, Italy and Portugal.
