Mieli Thun is the Italian company, from Trentino Alto Adige, that wants day after day to spread knowledge about honey as a pure ingredient with multiple possibilities of use. The company is a nomadic beekeeper, moving hives all over the country to obtain exclusively Italian honeys, the approximately 60 different locations are the company's treasure, to produce quality honeys in every corner of Italy.
The story
Andrea Paternoster inherited from his grandfather's name and surname and an infinite love for the noble art of beekeeping, to which he has always added his enthusiasm and passion to make honey a recognized food, appreciated and used in all kinds of culinary preparations. Working with and for bees makes Mieli Thun more aware every day of its role as the guardian of nature. In fact, it is a low environmental impact company that on the issue of sustainability and environmental protection is studying and doing continuous research.
