The Parma Ham
20-month Parma, produced exclusively for Longino & Cardenal, comes from a careful selection of certified and trusted suppliers, from which only the highest quality legs are chosen to ensure a final product that goes beyond the standards of the regulations. After careful salting by the master salter, the curing process begins and lasts for 20 months. The result is a final product with a unique aroma and unmistakable sweet and fragrant flavor.
