The Uova di Montagna (Mountain Eggs) company was founded in 2016 with the construction of three chalets in Valle San Felice in Val di Gresta and the arrival of the first hens. The main goal is to produce the best egg possible, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare.

The rearing of the hens
The company raises small groups of hens surrounded by unspoiled nature, with the utmost attention to nutrition and animal welfare. Immersed in the nature of the Mountains, the hens live in wooden chalets surrounded by fruit trees native to the forests around the farms. The natural passage of time marks the animals' lives free to express themselves in an environment rich in biodiversity.
