Mortadella with Pistachio

Only noble cuts (high quality meat and lard) are used to prepare mortadella with pistachios, which are properly minced to achieve a very fine mixture and excellent softness.

Mortadella is prepared following an ancient recipe that gives me a slightly spicy aroma and an authentic and refined flavor. In addition to the traditional dough enriched with fine aromas, mortadella has an even stronger taste in the shapes to which pistachios are added, giving the slices an unmistakable flavor and delicate fragrance.

It has a full, well-balanced flavor and the slices are velvety and uniformly bright pink in color.
