Mussels with Seaweed
Harvested in the rafts of the Galician Rias between the months of July and January, just when the mussels reach their largest size and highest quality. They are tinned with a delicious white marinade, and with an original touch of leek and wakame seaweed, further enhancing its exquisite flavor.

Porto-Muiños is a family business formed by husband and wife, Antonio Muíños and Rosa Mirás. In 1998, they began processing seaweed and selling it in dry or canned form. Today their products can be found in powdered, salted and fresh form, the latter in particular are having great success. Antonio and Rosa have built the success of their company on the study and dissemination of the organoleptic characteristics of seaweed.
