Jordà is the Catalan name for Jordaens, the surname of founder and owner Maarten. Maarten worked as a chef for several starred restaurants, and it was here that his passion and interest in making crispy and tasty toppings and decorations was born.
Jordà produces savory and sweet crumbles, crunchy seeds puffed in sunflower oil, savory and sweet toppings, and vinegar powders to be used as garnishes for the most creative dishes.
