This bell pepper jam is ideal for serving as an accompaniment to a selection of cheeses. Like all El Navarrico jams, it is made during the summer when the vegetables are at the peak of their ripeness, full of flavor and taste. Since its origins, in which Amalia and José Salced personally and artisanally packaged produce from the fields of San Adrián.

A 10,000 m2 plant where fruits and vegetables are processed only in the harvest season, following seasonality and helping to keep the local economy alive by cooperating only with farms in Navarre.
