Cabernet Red Wine Vinegar
From Cabernet Sauvignon wine, which is acetified using a special technique, this powerful vinegar is obtained, retaining all the characteristics of the wine. This vinegar, with the addition of grape must, is put into 300-liter oak barrels that begin an aging process.
