Crystal Bell Peppers
"Pimientos del Cristal" are a particular bell pepper much smaller than the more famous Piquillo bell pepper, but with an even sweeter and slightly pungent flavor. They have a very fine skin and after being roasted and peeled one by one according to the traditional method, they lose none of their original flavor and texture, making them one of the most exclusive varieties of peppers in Spain.

In the mid-1950s Amalia Herce and Jose Salced began producing the first canned tomatoes in the basement of the family home. Many things have changed from those early years to today: more than 50 different products are processed in the company, but always keeping the spirit of the old family business intact.
