The Egg and Bacon Pintxo, also known as Pintxo de Huevo in Spanish, is undoubtedly one of the most surprising and innovative products ever created in Spanish gastronomy: an egg and bacon appetizer that leaves no one indifferent, with its explosion of flavors in the mouth.
Fry the Egg Bacon Pintxo until golden brown. Once the Pintxo is ready, it is best to let it rest so that it loses some of its heat. After a couple of minutes, take it gently and savor it in one mouthful. It is tradition to close eyes to enjoy best.

Ingredients: pasteurized EGG yolk 33%, pork lard, dehydrated potato 18% (potato 99%, salt, starch pectin, potato starch and glycerin) smoked bacon 9% (pork belly, water, starch, antioxidants E325 and E316, salt, sugar, stabilizers E407, E415, E410, E451i and E420i, flavorings, preservative E250 and coloring E120), water, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt and stabilizer E420.
Storage: store at <-18°C. Once thawed, store the product in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
