Delicious marinated whole artichokes made and packaged by hand by El Navarrico. It all takes place in the town of San Adriàn, in the southwestern part of the Community of Navarre: we are in Ribera Alta on the shore of the Ebro River. A perfect microclimate, thanks to a temperate climate that is very famous for cultivation and also for prestigious wines.
What makes El Navarrico vegetable preserves special?
A 10,000 m2 plant where fruits and vegetables are processed only in the harvest season, following seasonality and helping to keep the local economy alive by cooperating only with farms in Navarre. El Navarrico's technology is thus made available to farming realities that apply traditional agricultural techniques, innovating in quality control systems, product preservation and respect for the organoleptic properties of the raw materials used.

In the mid-1950s, Amalia Herce and Josè Salced began producing their first tomato preserves in the basement of their family home. Much has changed since those early days: the company now processes more than 50 different products, but the spirit of the old family business remains unchanged.
