Triticum suggests using the curry and onion sandwich as the base of a traditional recipe from Balkan cuisine: Baba Ghanoush, Kalamata olive, cherry tomato and cabbage sprouts. The aromatic bread is more specific. When paired well, it blends perfectly with the final dish and can even elevate it.
