Two slices of 50 g each, already cut, are presented in a protective bag ready to be baked and consumed. Made with 100% organic ingredients. Produced with less than 5ppm of gluten according to the Elisa R5 method, suitable for gluten-free diets (less than 20ppm).
A quality bread is one whose crispness lasts a long time, which has a golden-reddish color, a moist and honeycombed crumb, a certain acidity. This is the result of a series of controlled and rigorous processes that begin with the selection of the raw material. There is no quality without organization, regularity of results, hygiene and faith in the work.
The Company
Triticum was born with one simple intention: to make quality bread for the hotel and restaurant industry. It is a young, entrepreneurial company that makes precooked bread for haute cuisine. It was created in 2006 and since then it has grown in terms of projects, clients and products.
TRITICUM has recovered the artisan essence of a millenary product from the latest baking techniques and has become a reference point in the field of bread making, as it has proved capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.
Ingredients: Water, cornstarch, gluten-free wheat starch, flax flour, tapioca starch, rice flour, brown sugar, salt, teff sourdough, buckwheat sourdough, thickeners (xanthan gum and guar gum), stabilizer (hypromellose), carob flour, baking soda.
May contain traces of nuts, eggs.
