Frozen Pork Pluma Duroc 0,6 Kg
Duroc pork pluma is a cut of meat that is obtained between the loin and neck of the animal. The name comes from its triangular shape that resembles a feather. It is one of the finest cuts, very soft and tasty given the exceptional balance between the fatty and lean parts.
Serve the glazed pork pluma accompanied by confit cherry tomatoes and grilled peppers.
What makes the Duroc pork breed special?
The Duroc breed is a breed born from the fusion of Old Duroc and Red Jersey in the 19th century United States. It is characterized by excellent marbling, a firm white fat that makes the meat juicy, tender and flavorful. Because of the high fat infiltration in the pig, Duroc is considered perfect for processing into ham.
