David de Castro presents a wide range of baked goods: from breadsticks, to “Pico” – mini oval-shaped breadsticks – and, finally, the “regañá”, a bread puff similar to the traditional Andalusian carasau bread. An artisanal production that combines new and original textures and incomparable flavors, with a distinctive touch of tradition. The ideal product to enjoy an excellent Iberian jamón.

A young Andalusian company, specialized in the production of typical and high quality artisanal bakery products, which carefully realizes a wide variety of breadsticks and the classic “regañá” (a bread puff similar to the traditional Andalusian carasau bread) produced from a thinly rolled out dough and characterized by an exceptional texture. These products are perfect to enjoy both on their own or used to create classic tapas or other more elaborate dishes.
