Cold-pressed Piedmontese hazelnut oil ideal for giving roundness to risottos and first courses. Pariani is a family business that began its activity in 2010 with the production, through an innovative cold pressing system in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture of Turin, of an award-winning Hazelnut Oil made exclusively with "Piedmont Hazelnuts" PGI.
The company's motto, "Research and Excellence", reflects its "mission": to create unusual products and ingredients to satisfy the most demanding palates and the most creative recipes. So, after the immediate success of the hazelnut oil among the professionals of the sector, an entire range of oils has been created from dried fruit strictly Italian, selected by trusted producers, and declined in all variants: grains, flours, pastes in purity.
The Company
Pariani is a family business that began its activity in 2010 with the production of Hazelnut Oil made exclusively with "Piedmont Hazelnuts" P.G.I. From the immediate success of hazelnut oil among professionals in the sector, the entire range of strictly Italian nut oils was created. The Pariani range was then expanded and completed with semi-finished products for ice cream, including pastes, flours, grains, candied fruit, essences and special ingredients.
