How is Instant Seawater used?
It is very versatile in the kitchen, in fact it is the ideal partner for defrosting, preserving and rehydrating any type of fish or meat.
Simply dilute 120g of Winbi in 1 liter of water for meat, 60g of Winbi in 1 liter of water for fish and shellfish.
An excellent alternative is to moisten some kitchen paper with Winbi water and wrap the food for keeping in the refrigerator.
