Italian Coriander Honey 28gr

Coriander honey has a strong personality and is reminiscent of pain d'épices and gomasio, it has a light smoked note and in the finish a fresh hint of citron peel and coconut milk. The taste is well-balanced between sweet and salty.
It is a monofloral honey born after the cultivation of the plant for the production of the seed, mainly used as a spice.
