Molino Centumbrie uses natural white granite millstones to grind the grain at low temperatures in order to preserve the characteristics of the wheat grown using organic farming methods. The wheat grown in the fields of Umbria is carefully selected to obtain a healthy, high-quality, locally sourced product.
