The traditional Piedmontese ravioli del Plin, the Italian word to refer to the act of pinching the pasta with the fingers to make this typical pasta shape in Piedmont. These ravioli are a typical dish of Piedmontese cuisine, particularly from the Langhe and Monferrato area of Italy.

Fresh pasta is rolled out into a thin sheet, on which the filling is spread. Next, the dough is folded and the ravioli are formed.

This pasta is filled with fondue and summer truffle: the softness is guaranteed by the cheese fondue, while the truffle gives the filling an unmistakable flavor. Truffle and fondue ravioli is a rich and refined dish that combines the delicacy of homemade pasta with the intense and sophisticated flavor of truffles.

Chef's Advice

Given the delicacy of the filling, we recommend to dress these ravioli with a light butter sauce, with the addition of a few truffle shavings.

Ripieno 40%: formaggio (latte, caglio, fermenti, sale, conservante: E251) 53%, LATTE, semola di grano duro, farina di frumento, tuorlo d'UOVA fresche pastorizzate, tartufo d'estate (tuber aestivum Vitt) 3%, fecola di patate, uova. 

Modalità di conservazione: confezionato in atmosfera protettiva. Conservare tra +2 e +4°C, una volta aperto consumare entro 2 giorni.
