"Il Pescato" salmon tartare is a delicious product made from the cleaned and boned fillets of Salmo Salar norvegse, to which only a little salt is added.
The added value is the process of drying the fillets - developed by our quality department together with the supplier - which can achieve a tartare that is always firm, creamy and firm!
