Wild Grey Seabream
The body of the wild grey sea bream is oval, and narrow. The skin of the sea bream is covered with fairly large scales and easily recognizable with the golden flash under its eyes and cheeks. It is a very delicate fish with a flavored flesh.
The fish has a mild, sweet flavor with medium-firm texture. With juicy white flesh, sea bream has a clean taste and a delicate flavour. You can either decide to divide the fish in fillets or opt to try and cook it whole.
Chef's Advice
The Grey Seabream can be cooked in a multitude of ways. It is very popular to cook the fish in the oven with some herbs to give extra aroma. Cooked on a barbecue, grilled or baked in salt, the list of possibilities is endless with a fish as good as this.
