Cream and salmon pasta

Some say the 1980s never ended...which is precisely why we dusted off a great classic from kitchens all over Italy in the 1980s and reinterpreted it in our own gourmet version! Chef Giorgio Guglielmetti and Rodrigo tell us about the classic recipe for cream and salmon pasta, but modernize it with gourmet ingredients of the highest quality. Thus, to obtain a dish that has made the history of Italian cuisine and is still particularly appreciated and cooked even today.

Serves: 4 people

Ingredients for 4 people

  • Spaghetti 320 g
  • Smoked salmon 160 g
  • Butter
  • Cream 200 ml
  • Lemon juice
  • EVO oil
  • Black pepper


  • Cook the pasta for 1/3 of the cooking time

  • Cut smoked salmon into regular cubes

  • In a pan, melt some salmon with butter and cooking water

  • Add a drizzle of cream and cook the pasta


    Stir-fry with oil

  • Plate by adding the raw salmon on top of the pasta
