How to make MULLET ROE spaghetti
Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 4 people
Ingredients for 4 people
- Linguine Pasta 500 g
- Mullet Row Powder 40 g
- Lime zest 1
- Evo Oil
- Wild Black Pepper
- Boil pasta for half the cooking time
- In a pan, heat some evo oil, lime zest, pepper and cooking water
- Add linguine to the pan and cook
- Sauté with some roe and some raw evo oil
- Serve by adding more roe
