VALENTINE'S DAY appetizer in 5 minutes | Tuna tartare, oyser and CAVIAR

Time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients for 2 people

  • Oysters 2
  • Red tuna 100 g
  • Asetra Caviar 30 g
  • Chives
  • Salt
  • EVO oil

Method

  • Cut the red tuna into cubes

  • Open the oyster with the help of the suitable small knife

  • Remove the oyster from the shell and wash the shell from impurities

  • Trim the chives

  • Cut the oyster and season it together with the red tuna tartare with oil, salt, pepper and some of the chives

  • Place the oyster shells on ice and fill them with the tuna and oyster tartare

  • Finish the dish with the asetra caviar and a pinch of chives
